Simple Raw Food Recipes

This is one of my favorite simple raw food recipes to make for lunch or dinner. It combines many different delicious flavors, takes only a few minutes to make, and requires no complicated ingredients.

Easy raw food diet recipes can still be creative and taste great so enjoy one of my favorite recipes for the lazy raw foodie :)


Southern-Style Spicy Spaghetti

Pasta

Ingredients:

- 4 zucchini
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 8 black raw unsalted olives
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 tablespoon basil

Method:

1. Use a spiralizer to make spaghetti out of the zucchini or a vegetable peeler to make fettuccine, and put in a bowl.

2. Chop the remaining ingredients and add on top.

Spicy Marinara

Ingredients:

- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh horseradish
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil
- 1 cup salt free sun dried tomatoes
- 4 dates

Method:

1. Soak the sun dried tomatoes and dates beforehand and then blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour over top bowl of "pasta" and enjoy!
