Raw Food Diet Menu Day 9
Raw Food Diet Menu Breakfast Ran for a half hour this morning and then had 32 oz OJ dispersed throughout the morning/afternoon. 32 oz OJ 408 calories, 94g carbs, 2g fat, 6g protein Lunch I had a smoothie at 2:00. I wasn't really hungry yet but since I'm trying to get in the extra calories as an experiment I figure I need to space out my meals a little more so I can fit it all in my tum.

(I had three glasses of this)3 bananas, 3 cups frozen strawberries, 1/2 a pineapple, 1 cup water 571 calories, 149.3g carbs, 2.7g fat, 8.2g protein Dinner At around 5:00 I made a big fruit salad. I have all kinds of organic lettuces in the fridge that I'm scared are going bad, but lately I haven't had any desire for greens. Just give me more SUGAR!

Raw Food Menu Day 9 Totals1,536 calories, 383.8g carbs, 7.4g fat, 24g protein Today was about 4.5% fat and 6.5% protein I think trying to force myself to eat high calories is going to be short lived. Today I just couldn't get in anymore food. I'll probably go back to just eating relative to hunger, unless I get some kind of naughty craving and in that case I force feed fruit to get rid of it. Works every time.
