Raw Food Diet Menu Day 8

Breakfast

Breakfast on the raw food diet menu was OJ. I had 16 oz at 1:00 after running for a half hour and doing some push ups. I had the other 16 oz at 3:00.

32 oz OJ

408 calories, 94g carbs, 2g fat, 6g protein

Lunch

My body seemed like it needed something light today so I had watermelon for my main course at 5:00.

3/4 of a watermelon

1016.3 calories, 255.8g carbs, 5.1g fat, 20.7g protein

Dinner

A few hours later hunger struck and I had 5 bananas since I was feeling lazy.

5 bananas

525 calories, 135g carbs, 2g fat, 6.5g protein


Raw Food Meals Day 8 Totals:

1949.3 calories, 484.8g carbs, 9.1g fat, 33.2g protein

Today was about 5% fat and 7% protein
