Raw Food Diet Menu Day 6
I found myself busy over the weekend so the raw food diet menu is picking back up again today on Monday. Happy Memorial Day! Breakfast I worked out on the elliptical for 30 minutes at 11:30, had 16 oz OJ at 1:00, and another 16 oz at 2:30. 32 oz OJ 408 calories, 94g carbs, 2g fat, 6g protein Lunch For the Memorial Day/ Sister's birthday party we had a big fruit tray to accompany the cake and ice cream, which became my lunch at about 5:00 Of course I wasn't allowed to have it all, but I did have most of it. :)

4 Kiwi, 1/2 a pineapple, 1 cup blueberries, 2 cups grapes623 calories, 158g carbs, 3.4g fat, 8.8g protein Dinner At 6:30 I put together a nice looking salad.

6 oz baby greens, 4 oz arugula, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 red pepper, 1 orange pepper, 4 black raw unsalted olives, 1 stalk celery, 2 cucumbers, 3 beefsteak tomatoes, 4 dates. 606.3 calories, 134.8g carbs, 5.8g fat, 16.9g protein
