Raw Food Diet Menu Day 5
Breakfast Breakfast on the raw food diet menu today was....you guessed it! Orange Juice! I had one glass after doing an intense P90x Plyometrics work out and took the other glass with me as I ran errands throughout the day. 24 oz OJ 306 calories, 70.5g carbs, 1.5g fat, 4.5g protein Lunch I didn't feel very hungry today for some reason, which was odd because P90 usually makes me ravenous. I didn't eat anything else until 5:30, at which time I had the other half of the large watermelon from yesterday.

Half a large watermelon677.5 calories, 170.6g carbs, 3.4g fat, 13.8g protein Dinner A salad wasn't sounding appealing to me tonight so I whipped up some raw style fettuccine with marinara. I'm as lazy as they come so this is the extent of my creativity in the kitchen, but it's also my favorite raw food meal. All you have to do is slice the zucchini with a vegetable peeler into long strips and blend up the sauce. I throw it all on top of a bed of arugula.

5 large zucchini, 4 oz arugula, 1 tomato, 1 red pepper, 1 ounce red wine, 2 dates, 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes. 535 calories, 103.06g carbs, 3.4g fat, 23.8g protein A tad later I had some yummy red grapes.
