Raw Food diet Menu Day 3

Breakfast

Started today's raw food diet menu with OJ and felt a very peaceful and calm mood come over me as I sipped some outside in the sun.

When I stopped doing my mini juice fasts and was eating solid food early in the morning a few months ago, I lost this euphoric feeling. I'm glad to have revived it and will listen to my body by granting it the requested time off from digestion.

24 oz OJ

306 calories, 70.5g carbs, 1.5g fat, 4.5g protein

Lunch

Lunch occurred a little earlier today than usual. I usually have the urge to get some solid food into me around 5:00 but I try to just listen to my body and not make any rules like "I must only have juice until such and such time". I think people run into trouble trying to do things this way. I wanted a fruit salad at 3:00 so I had one. It's as simple as that.

3 cups red grapes, 1 grapefruit, 1 apple, 4 oranges, 2 bananas

1,000 calories, 258.8g carbs, 3.3g fat, 13.4g protein

Dinner

Two hours later I had a nice big salad.

6 oz baby lettuce, 3 oz arugula, 1 red pepper, 2 tomatoes, 2 dates, 1 stalk celery, 1 cucumber, 5 black raw unsalted olives.

356.3 calories, 65.18g carbs, 6.14g fat, 10.7g protein
