Raw Food Diet Menu Day 10

The raw food diet menu breakfast was 32 oz OJ, but this morning I had this before my workout for a change. I wanted to see how I would feel energy wise with having some fuel before hand. I can't say that I noticed a big difference, I think it's mostly a mental thing. I wasn't hungry after my workout, probably because of the OJ I had before, but I had another 32 oz OJ to ensure my body had enough carbs to recover properly.

64 oz OJ

816 calories, 188g carbs, 4g fat, 12g protein

I had lunch at 3:30

4 kiwis, 2 cups strawberries

292 calories, 70.2 carbs, 2.8 g fat, 6g protein

A little off topic, we had a really bad storm last week and we actually found out it was a "mini" tornado. Needless to say, my tomato plants took a beating :( They looked completely crippled after wards but now seem to be perking up. I tended to them today, re-staking them and cutting off the broken pieces.

A little later at around 5:00 I had a mango smoothie with just frozen mangos and a little water. It actually came out looking like mango water ice and tasted like it too. :)

4 mangoes, 1/2 cup water

520 calories, 140 g carbs, 2g fat, 4g protein

I was back to craving some greens so I made a salad for dinner around 6:30.

3 oz baby greens, 4 oz arugula, 6 roma tomatoes, 2 stalks celery, 1 cup corn, 4 black raw unsalted olives, 2 dates, 1 cup mushrooms

479.3 calories, 95.9g carbs, 6.2g fat, 13 g protein

2,107.3 calories, 494.1 g carbs, 15g fat, 35g protein

Today was about 7% protein and 6.5% fat
