Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A healthy fruit smoothie recipe is the best way to start your day. I love having frozen fruit smoothies made with a mixture of frozen and fresh fruit as an easy and delicious raw food breakfast.

A healthy smoothie is one that contains nothing except fruit. Protein powders, dairy, and super foods ruin these recipes, resulting in digestive stress and toxins instead of a highly nutritious, easily digested meal.

Making fruit smoothies is so easy anyone can do it. This is one of my favorite fruit smoothie recipes and takes only minutes, if not seconds, to make. It is very creamy and has a rich, raspberry color. Enjoy one everyday for a generous dose of raw food, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.


Raspberry-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 mango
- 3 bananas
- 8 oz water

Method:

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed.
