Frozen fruit smoothies are great for a snack or even a meal, and all you need to make this strawberry fruit smoothie recipe is some frozen strawberries and a few bananas to make it thick and creamy. What could be easier? I find that sometimes bananas can overpower the taste of a smoothie, but using enough strawberries in this recipe gives it a delicious flavor. If you only add a little water it almost tastes just like strawberry ice cream! You can make your own fruit smoothies by mixing any frozen fruit with some ripe bananas. All the fruit does not have to frozen, just enough to make your fruit smoothie recipes nice and cold so you don't have to use ice.
